Running the System Checker

To run the System Checker, complete the following steps:

  1. Click on the Run System Check button to determine whether each required component is installed and configured properly. The Status column indicates whether the product is Installed or is Not Installed.
  2. If a component is missing or needs updating, click on the icon in the Download column to access the Help Text and/or Download URL for installation of the missing component.

    Run the installation wizard of the selected component by clicking on the link.

  3. After the installation is complete, click on the System Checker link or the Run System Check button to run the system checker again to verify the component was successfully installed.
