Steps for Removing A Class From the Group

A class can be removed from the class group. This class is not deleted from the system, it is only removed from the class group. Class group attendees who are already enrolled in this class can either be removed from the roster or can be re-enrolled in this class, which is now independent of the class group.

To remove a class from the Class Group, complete the following steps:

  1. With the Class Group screen open, click on the Classes button in the left pane.
  2. Check the box to the left of each class to be removed from the group.
  3. Click on the Delete Selected button in the left pane.
  4. A message box appears confirming the deletion. Click Yes to continue.
  5. A second message box appears asking whether to re-enroll the class group employees into this class.
  6. The class is removed from the class group, but is still available in the system. Attendees can be added to this class without needing to add them to all classes in the class group.
