This report lists employees that are assigned to a selected assignment code, sorted by organization unit (home or worked, depending on the parameter selected).
The heading gives information on the assignment source, including the assignment source classification, code, whether it pertains to home employees or those who work in this organization unit, the description, and the assignment source category.
Secondary heading displays information about the assignment code, including the code and description, the next headings are for the organization unit levels including the code and description.
Report fields include the name of the employees (sorted alphabetically by last name), the employee code, the employee status (e.g. active or terminated), the hire date and the job class. If terminated employees are included in the report, they are displayed in red.
This report can be scheduled for automatic generation and distribution.
