The General button opens this screen, allowing you to view these Retro Calculator fields: Code, Retro Job Start Date, Created By, Status, Creation Date, Creation Time, Completion Date, Completion Time, and Reason.

When you Add a new Retro Calculator job, you will enter the Code, Retro Job Start Date, and Reason.

When you Search for an existing Retro Calculator job, you can search by these fields: Code, Created By, Reason, Retro Job Start Date Range Begin, Retro Job Start Date Range End, Creation Date Range Begin, Creation Date Range End, Completion Date Range Begin, Completion Date Range End, and Status.

Field Definitions:

Code

The unique identification code for the employee.

Completion Date

When a Retro Calculator job is finished, the completion date is automatically saved with the record.

Completion Date Range Begin

When searching for an existing Retro Calculator job, the system will search for all jobs with Completion Dates beginning on this date through the Completion Date Range End.

For example, you are searching for a Retro Calculator job that was completed last month, but you are not sure of the actual completion date. You can enter the earliest probable date to begin your date range search.

Completion Date Range End

When searching for an existing Retro Calculator job, the system will search for all jobs with Completion Dates beginning on the Completion Date Range Begin through this date.

Completion Time
