Assignment Report by Selected Criteria
This report shows assignment information for the selected criteria. If the report is run without including any criteria, the report will return a list of all assignments that relate to the "All" Assignment Code that has the highest priority.
The report overview lists the parameters included in the report.
The report heading includes the assignment source, the classification, the assignment code, the description, the category and whether the assignment is for home employees or those who worked in the organization unit.
The determination field indicates the parameter settings that were selected when the report was created.
Report parameters include the following options:
- Organization Unit: The organization unit to include, or leave blank to include all the organization units.
- Assignment Source Classification: The assignment source classification (Standard, Customer, User Defined, Replicated).
- Home Distribution: Whether the assignment is based on an employee's home distribution (Yes/No).
- When this value is set to "Yes", this assignment pertains to the employee's HOME labor distribution.
- When this value is set to "No", this assignment pertains to the employee's WORKED labor distribution.
- When this value is set to "All " this assignment pertains to both the employee's HOME and/or WORKED labor distribution.
- Assignment Source: The assignment source code to be included in the report, or leave blank to include all assignment source codes.
- Assignment Code: The assignment code for the assignment source to be included in the report, or leave blank to include all assignment codes.
- Match Criteria Exactly: This parameter allows you to specify if the report should return assignments that match the specified criteria exactly. If Yes, then only assignments that have the exact criteria specified by the parameters will be returned. If No, then assignments with all or part of the criteria matching will be returned.
- Advanced parameters allow the user to limit the results by including any of the following selection criteria required by the assignment: approved hours, daily hours, daily overtime hours, one specific employee, employee category, employee class, employee status, full time equivalent, grade, grant code, job class, lunch length, pay group, payroll group, position, project code, seniority, shift, status code, union code, weekly overtime hours.
