Enter the Text for the Employee Decline Message

To set the message that an employee sees when declining the Employee Sign Off Agreement, enter the text in the following parameter.

When employees decline the agreement, the system tracks these actions and the information is available on the Employee Signoff Decline Tracking Summary.

  1. Navigate to Configuration section > System card > Application screen.
  2. In the Code field, type TA.
  3. Click Search and open the TA (Time and Attendance) folder.
  4. Click the Parameters tab and open the System card.
  5. In the System Standard Alpha 1 field, type your message and click Save.

    Example: An example of the text is, "You have chosen to decline your Employee Sign Off Agreement. Please contact your manager or payroll administrator."
