The Schedule Incentive Suspension Reason screen is used to set up a listing of standard reasons why an employee might be suspended from using the schedule incentive feature.
Employee schedule incentive agreements are suspended through the Actions section>Approval card>Schedule Incentive Agreements screen. When an employee is assigned a suspension reason code, the date the employee is next eligible to use the schedule incentive feature is automatically calculated, based on the value in the Days Until Next Eligible field. Note: When a supervisor suspends an employee's rights, the Next Eligible field is editable.
Code
Short, alphanumeric code identifying the schedule incentive suspension reason record.
Comments
Free-form text field for entering comments regarding the suspension of the Schedule Incentive rights. If the Editable Comment field is set to Yes, the user assigning the suspension is able to edit the text in the Suspension Comments field.
Days Until Next Eligible
The number of days after a suspension is saved until the employee is again eligible to participate in the Schedule Incentive process.
Description
The label describing the schedule incentive suspension reason record.
Editable Comment
Determines if the supervisor can edit the text of the Comments field when applying them to the employee.
Suspension Reason
The code indicating the reason the employee's schedule incentive agreement was suspended. Additional information on the reason is displayed in the Suspension Comments.
The options available are previously set up on the Configuration section>Scheduling card>Schedule Incentive Suspension Reason screen.
