Schedule Incentive Configuration Overview

Before you begin configuring Schedule Incentive, verify that the feature is available in your system. To verify, search for the SI Application.

  1. Navigate to the Configuration section > System card > Application screen.
  2. In the Code field, type SI and click Search.

    If the SI - Schedule Incentive folder does not appear, contact your FSA.

    If the folder does appear, you can begin configuring Schedule Incentive.

    The SI Application screen cannot be modified but must exist for Schedule Incentive to be enabled.

The following list summarizes the steps you need to take to configure Schedule Incentive.

  1. Assign authorization roles to applicable employees and organization units.
  2. If desired, enable Schedule Incentive agreements.
  3. If enabled, create a Schedule Incentive agreement.
  4. Define Schedule Incentive suspension reasons.
  5. Configure organization units to use Schedule Incentive.
  6. Create a Selection Style to determine Schedule Incentive qualification rules.
  7. Configure the Staffing Configuration for Schedule Incentive.
  8. Configure activity codes for Schedule Incentive.
