Create a Schedule Incentive Agreement
  1. Navigate to the Configuration section > Scheduling card > Schedule Incentive Agreement screen.
  2. Under Actions, click Add.
  3. In the Code and Description fields, enter a unique identification for the Schedule Incentive agreement.
  4. In the Effective Date field, enter the date the agreement becomes effective.

    The date must be after today's date. The reason for this is to accommodate an existing, active agreement, if one is in effect.

    The active agreement, if one exists, expires on the effective date of the new one since only one agreement can be in effect at a time.

  5. In the Requires Renewal field, select Yes or No to indicate whether an employee must renew a Schedule Incentive agreement when the current one expires (because a new agreement is created).
  6. In the Terms of Agreement field, write the terms of the agreement that employees must accept to be eligible to participate in the Schedule Incentive process.
  7. Click Save.
