Configure an Organization Unit for Schedule Incentive

1. Navigate to the Configuration section > Organization Unit card > Organization Unit screen.
2. Search for and open the desired organization unit.
3. Click the Indicators tab and then open the Schedule Incentive Management card.
4. Review the existing indicator settings and make the appropriate changes.

   Indicator options are Y, N, or P (determined by parent organization level).

   For indicator definitions, see the table that follows.

5. Click Save.

   Indicator	Definition
   Sched Incentive Standard 1	Determines if the lowest bid/offer is displayed to employees accepting an incentive schedule
   Sched Incentive Standard 2	Determines if the reviewer must enter comments when approving a bid
   Sched Incentive Standard 3	Determines if the reviewer must enter comments when denying a bid
   Sched Incentive Standard 4	Determines whether the reviewer must enter comments when approving an employee Schedule Incentive agreement
   Sched Incentive Standard 5	Determines whether the reviewer must enter comments when denying an employee Schedule Incentive agreement
   Sched Incentive Standard 6	Determines whether a schedule created from Schedule Incentive may be traded or offered
   Sched Incentive Standard 7	Determines whether the rate remains on a schedule created from Schedule Incentive when traded or offered
   Sched Incentive Standard 8	Determines if the employee with the low bid for a schedule can cancel their acceptance of a incentive schedule
   Sched Incentive Standard 9	Determines whether open incentive schedules can be canceled after employees have accepted
   Sched Incentive Standard 10	Determines whether a submitted bid is required to be the lowest bid
