Enable Notifications for Schedule Incentive

1. Navigate to the Preferences section > My Preferences card > Event Subscriptions screen.
2. Open the Schedule Incentive card.
3. Select which notifications you would like to receive and by which enabled method, Portal and/or Email.
4. Click Save.
