Approve or Deny a Schedule Incentive Agreement

If you require signed Schedule Incentive agreements to be approved, complete the following steps.

  1. Navigate to the Actions section > Approval card > Schedule Incentive Agreements screen.
  2. In the Status field, select Requested.

    Even though this is not displayed as a required field, you must make a selection.

  3. In the remaining fields, enter as much information as needed to help you find the agreements you are looking for.

    Leave the fields blank to search for all agreements.

  4. Click Search.
  5. Select the employees you want to view and click a folder to open them.

    The employee's agreement request appears.

  6. In the Reviewer Comments field, enter comments about your approval or denial of the agreement request and click Save.

    Depending on how indicators are set for your organization unit, reviewer comments may be required.

  7. Under Agreement Actions, click Approve or Deny.
