Approve or Deny a Schedule Incentive Request - Actions Section
  1. Navigate to the Actions section > Approval card > Schedule Incentive screen.
  2. In the Status field, select Open.
  3. Enter information in any of the other fields to help you find the incentive schedules you want to view.

    The Stage represents which organization units are allowed to request an incentive schedule, based on which organization units you allowed to request when creating the incentive schedule. If a certain organization level is allowed to request, all the organization units below it are also allowed to request.

    Example: If an incentive schedule is in the Facility stage, then Departments and Units are also allowed to request.

  4. Click Search.
  5. Select the Schedule Incentive requests you would like to view and click a folder to open the requests.
  6. In the Approval Comments or Denial Comments field, enter comments about your approval or denial of the Schedule Incentive request.

    Depending on how indicators are set for your organization unit, comments may be required.

  7. Click the box for the desired Schedule Incentive request.
  8. Under Schedule Incentive Actions, click Approve or Deny.

    If approved, the activity code appears on the schedule screen and if there were other Schedule Incentive requests, the other requests are automatically denied.
