Remove an Incentive Schedule

There are multiple choices regarding the removal of incentive schedules. What do you want to remove? How do you want to remove it? From where will you remove it? The following lists help summarize your options to make the decisions easier.

There are three basic scenarios related to removing incentive schedules (the "what" question).

There are two removal methods (the "how" question).

There are two locations used to remove incentive schedules (the "where" question).

The following instructions explain how to remove incentive schedule items and the locations from where you can remove them.

A. Schedule screen

  1. Open the schedule screen for the appropriate date range and organization unit.
  2. Find the appropriate date and employee.

    An Schedule Incentive request is indicated by .

    An approved incentive schedule appears as a normal schedule.

  3. Right-click on the icon and make the appropriate selection based on the following table.

B. Actions section

  1. Navigate to the Actions section > Approval card > Schedule Incentive screen.
  2. In the Status field, select Open or Closed.
  3. Enter information in any of the other fields to help you find the incentive schedules you want to view.

    The Stage represents which organization units are allowed to request an incentive schedule, based on which organization units you allowed to request when creating the incentive schedule. If a certain organization level is allowed to request, all the organization units below it are also allowed to request.

    Example: If an incentive schedule is in the Facility stage, then Departments and Units are also allowed to request.

  4. Click Search.
  5. Select the Schedule Incentive offers you would like to view and click a folder to open them.
  6. Under Schedule Incentive Actions, click the appropriate selection based on the following table.
