To add a new authorization Role to this Organization Unit, complete the following steps:
Classification from the drop down menu. To access standard roles configured in the system, select the Standard option. The other options (Customer, User Defined and Replicated) display customized roles assigned to the corresponding classification.
Authorization Role Code from the Field Look Up Values. The options that display here depend on the Classification selected.
Denied field defaults to No. If this organization unit is being denied to the employees, change this value to Yes.Opens a search screen to add access to specific organization units. |

Opens a screen to add access to specific pay codes. |

Opens a screen to search for a specific special code to assign access. This option can be used when granting access to a single special code, or as an override to deny access to a single special code when the user has access to the other special codes in the organization unit. |

Opens a screen to search for an organization unit to assign access to all special codes for that organization unit. |

Opens a screen to search for an override code. This option can be used when granting access to a single override code, or to deny access to a single override code if the user has access to all override codes. |

Opens a screen to search for an organization unit to assign access to all special codes for that organization unit. |
