Customize the Sign Off Agreement Text

To customize the Sign Off Agreement text:

  1. Navigate to Configuration section > Organization Unit card > Organization Unit screen.
  2. Search for and open the appropriate organization units.
  3. Under Organization Unit Sections, click Sign Off Agreements.
  4. Under Sign Off Agreement Actions, click Add.
  5. Enter the appropriate information and click Save.

    The Message Text, Approval Button, and Denial Button fields determine the text that employees see on the agreement screen. For more information, see Using Employee Sign Off.

  6. If you opened more than one organization unit in step 2, click the right arrow in the Organization Unit Navigator section to move to the next organization unit and repeat steps 4 - 6.
