Configuring Search Screens

You can configure the search screen results in a number of ways:

Configure whether to automatically display the Basic or Advanced search mode for specific search screens.

Preferences section > System Preferences OR My Preferences card > Search: Screen: Mode tab

Configure the columns of information that appear on each search screen, and their order. Search results are initially sorted by the values in the first column.

Configure whether records in the search results are initially selected or not.

Preferences section > System Preferences OR My Preferences card > List: Search: Results Checked

Configure the number of records displayed on each navigation page in the results, and the maximum number of records to appear in the results at a time.
