Historical schedule reports allow you to supplement the scheduling data from the Live database with data that has been transferred to the Historical database and, therefore, no longer resides in the Live database. The corresponding standard reports use only scheduling data from the Live database.
If the date range you use in the report parameters crosses the date that data was transferred from Live to Historical, the report will use data from the Live database to complete the specified date range.
The look of the Historical - Hours by Pay Code report and the report parameters it uses are the same as the standard Hours by Pay Code report. See the Hours by Pay Code report for more detailed information about the report and its parameters.
To ensure this report returns data, the Include Non-Interfaced Employees parameter is hidden and defaulted to a value of Yes.
