Historical - Retro Calc Usage

This report allows you to view a historical summary of the number of:

• Retro Calc jobs that have been run
• Changes done in those jobs
• Employees affected by those jobs

The report displays the following information sorted by the retro job name:

• Number of Jobs

  Indicates the total number of Retro Calc jobs run during your specified date range.

• Number of Changes

  Indicates how many changes were made during the Retro Calc jobs.

• Retro Job

  This is the name of the Retro Calc job.

• When Started and When Completed

  Indicates the start and end dates of the Retro Calc job.

• # Employees

  Indicates how many employees were affected during the Retro Calc job.

Report parameters include the following options

The start and end dates of the range to include in the report.

Sample report
