Viewing the Authorization Policy Records

The Authorization Roles that have a classification of Standard are not editable. Authorization Policy Records assigned to standard roles display either Assigned or Unassigned in the field to the left of the record. To open and view a specific authorization policy record, click the card arrow on the record.

Note: Only assigned records can be opened for Standard authorization roles.

For Authorization Roles that are not Standard classification (i.e., User Defined, Replicated or Customer roles), the Authorization Policies can be added, edited, or removed through this screen.

Additional tabs may be displayed when these record cards are opened:

General

Indicates the level of access for users assigned to this role. To grant access to the action option, set the field to Yes.

Field

This tab is available if the authorization access for the record can be assigned at the field level.

Exclusion Time

Opens a screen to configure days and times that the policy is not available to users with this role. An example would be to restrict access to listen to Benefit Balances on TimeCall during peak call in times.

Audits

Opens a screen to view the audit trail on the creation and editing of this record.
