Organization Units Configured for a Parameter
This report shows all organization units assigned to the parameter setting selected in the set up screen.
The heading lists the organization unit and values for the setting options selected (e.g. level, display values, module, classification, data type, number and description of the parameter). Report fields include the department organization unit code and description and the value (if one has been entered).
Report parameters include the following options:
- The organization unit to include.
- Whether to show only those departments assigned values, only those without values or both.
- Which module the parameter pertains to (i.e. the application card it is located on)
- Which classification the parameter belongs to (i.e. standard, replicated, all)
- Which data category the parameter belongs to (i.e. alpha, date, DOW, hour, integer, percent).
- The number of the parameter to be included in the report.
