The Staffing Configuration screen>Self Schedule tab opens a screen to configure the time frames that self scheduling, shift trading, and shift offering are available to employees. The drop down menu for self scheduling, and the access buttons for Shift Trading and Offers are only available for the date range established between the Self Schedule Begin Advance Days and Self Schedule End Advance Days values.
The selection styles can also be chosen to determine the rules to be validated for each of these features.
From the Configuration section>Scheduling card, open the Staffing Configuration screen.

This card established the time frame for employees to access the self scheduling feature, including the option to set up staggered times for access. |

This card established the time frame for employees to access the shift trading feature, including the selection style for qualification criteria. Shift trading must occur after the self scheduling is closed. |

This card established the time frame for employees to access the shift offering feature, including the selection style for qualification criteria. Shift trading must occur after the self scheduling is closed. |
