Viewing and or Handling Education Transactions

After running the search, all Education Request records that meet the selection criteria are displayed.

The Employee Education Request Edit page is used to view and/or change the status of an existing request or to add a new request.

• After searching for a request, select one or more Request records to open and view by checking the box to the left of the record.
• If multiple records were selected, use the Request Navigator section in the left pane to scroll between records.
• Request status can be set to Approved, Denied, Pending Review, or Canceled or by selecting the appropriate button in the Review Request Actions section. An approved request can be viewed when open.
• The reviewer may enter text in the Reviewer Comments section of an approved or unapproved record to give further information regarding the approval status.
