Event Subscription Screen

In order for a particular message to be displayed, the event must be activated in the Event Subscriptions screen.

To activate event subscriptions, complete the following steps:

  1. Open the Configuration section>System card>Event Subscriptions screen.
  2. The Event Subscription Search screen is displayed. Enter criteria to search for the record(s) to be updated. See Searching for a Record.
  3. Check the boxes to select the ones to be updated. Click on the folder of the first record to open and update it.
  4. In the Severity Level field, enter the severity level of the message to be generated.
  5. In the Device Message Enabled field, set the field to Yes.
  6. Save the record.
  7. Scroll to the other records by using the navigation records in the left pane, and update each record.
