The General section button opens a screen to configure the basic scheduling and staffing distribution information on this Staffing Configuration record. After completing this page, configure additional information by accessing the other section buttons in the left pane.
There are three tabs available within the General screen:

Opens a screen to define the availability time frames for self scheduling, shift trading, and shift offering, and the selection style used for scheduling rule validation. |

Opens a screen to define the availability time frames for submitting a request to work, and the selection style used for scheduling rule validation. |

Opens a screen to set up Schedule Incentive, such as the method and the length of time incentives are open. |

Audits |
Opens a screen to view changes to records in this table. The audit trail displays information on additions, edits and deletions, including the information that was changed, the date and time the change was made, and user name of the person making the change. |
