Archive Events

The Archive Events screen displays a record of storage events which were Undone.

These storage events are not deleted from the storage database. The event, along with all archived reports associated with that event, are marked as being Undone so that the reports are not included in the TCR Archive Search results and Employee Audit Search results.

Depending on the page displayed, the following fields may be available:

Archive Event End

Archive Event Start

Description

Open

Organization Unit Code

Pay Group Code

Pay Period Begin

Pay Period End

Undone

The following additional section options are available in the left pane:

General

Archive Event End

The date the storage event ended.

More About Date Value Fields

Archive Event Start

The date the storage event was started.

More About Date Value Fields

Description

The label describing the storage event.

Open

Indicates whether or not the volume can have archives added to it (Yes/No). Only storage volumes with both the Active and Open fields set to Yes are available to select when running the payroll close.

Note: A Storage Volume is created for each year. At the end of year, the Storage Volume should be set to Open = No, so it can no longer have archives added to it. It should always remain Active so the data can be used for reporting.

Organization Unit Code

The organization unit associated with the pay group.

Pay Group Code

The code identifying the pay group associated with the storage event.

Pay Period Begin

The begin date of the pay group instance associated with the storage event.

More About Date Value Fields

Pay Period End

The end date of the pay group instance associated with the storage event.

More About Date Value Fields

Undone

Indicates whether the storage event has been undone or “deleted” (Yes/No).
