Schedule Incentive

Schedule Incentive offers may be visible on the Monthly View screen. Depending on your roles and data access, you may be able to view incentive schedule details or to add incentive schedule requests from the Monthly View screen.

Since this guide is intended to explain the Monthly View screen, instructions are not provided when the system directs you away from the Monthly View screen to traditional, familiar screens or processes

Submit a Schedule Incentive Request

To submit a Schedule Incentive request, complete the following steps.

  1. Navigate to the Employee section > Monthly View screen.
  2. On the appropriate day, click Vacancy.

    The Vacancies panel appears.

  3. In the Vacancies panel, scroll to find the Schedule Incentive offer.
  4. Click on the vacancy you would like to request.

    The Submit Schedule Bid dialog appears.

  5. In the New Bid field, enter your bid and then click Submit.

    After submitting, your request is pending and is indicated by Schedule Incentive request icon ScheduleIncentiveIcon. If your request is approved, the Schedule Incentive schedule icon appears.
