Update an Existing Labor Distribution

You can add a Grant Code or Project Code to an existing labor distribution. By doing this, when an employee clocks in using that labor distribution, all clocked time is associated with the grant or project.

If you do not download labor distributions, you can update them by completing the following steps.

  1. Search for and open the employee's record.
  2. Under Employee Sections, click Labor Distributions.
  3. Open the appropriate labor distribution record.
  4. Click in the Grant Code or Project Code field and make a selection from the Field Look Up Values.
  5. Click Save.
