Profiles - Activity Codes

Activity codes to be allowed for requests to work can be selected from the Profiles screen, Activities section.

1. From the Configuration section>Labor Distribution card>Profiles screen, search for and open the record to be updated.
2. Click on the Activities section button in the left pane.
3. In the Requests to Work field, set the value to Yes for each activity code that is allowed to be created as a Request to Work. When running a Requests to Work search for the profile, the system validates the Request to Work box setting.
   • When ANY activity codes in the Activities screen are set to Yes, only those activity codes are included in the result set.
   • When ALL activity codes in the Activities screen are set to No, all activity codes set up for the related organization unit are included in the result set.
4. Save the record.
