Set Up the Lunch Attestation LaborViews

LaborViews allow supervisors to filter information so that they view only the information they would like regarding Lunch Attestation.

The following steps are directed toward supervisors viewing data for their employees. However, LaborViews can also be set up for controllers to view data for their supervisors.

To view LaborViews for Lunch Attestation, first enable LaborViews and then, optionally, add the card to the Home screen.

Enable LaborViews

To enable LaborViews for Lunch Attestation, complete the following steps.

  1. Navigate to Preferences section > My Preferences card > Employee LaborView screen.
  2. Select any Lunch Attestation options that you would like to have included in the LaborViews, such as:
  3. Under Actions, click Toggle Visibility.

    The selected LaborViews now have a check mark in the Visible column and are available to use.

Add LaborViews Card to the Home Screen

To view LaborViews from the Home screen, complete the following steps.

  1. Navigate to Preferences section > My Preferences card > Home Page screen.
  2. Drag the Employee Lunch Response Counts card from the Un-Assigned area to the Sections Assigned to the Right Side area.
  3. Optional. Change the Chart Style.
  4. Click Save.

    The LaborViews are now visible in the right area of your Home screen.
