Set the SS Application Indicator

Coverage, need, and variance can appear as FTEs or hours on the Current Staffing Overview. The option is a system-wide setting that also controls how these items appear on the Schedule screen. By default, they appear as FTEs.

To set the display option, complete the following steps.

1. Navigate to Configuration section > System card > Application screen.
2. In the Code field, enter SS.
3. Click Search and open the Staffing and Scheduling Solution record.
4. Click the Indicators tab and then expand the Staffing and Scheduling card.
5. For indicator SS Solution Standard 6, select the desired option.
   • F - variance displays as FTEs
   • H - variance displays as hours
6. Click Save.
