Update the Staffing Configuration

Two fields on the Staffing Configuration screen control the thresholds for the Caregiver Utilization percentage, which shows when your organization considers staff to be overutilized or underutilized. The ideal value is 100.00%. An organization unit less than the utilization threshold is represented in blue and a unit greater than the utilization threshold is represented in red. To update the staffing configuration for caregiver utilization, complete the following steps.

1. Navigate to Configuration section > Scheduling card > Staffing Configuration screen.
2. Search for and open the desired staffing configuration.
3. Select the General tab.
4. In the Caregiver Utilization Minimum field, enter the percentage below which you define the caregiver utilization to be underutilized.

   Percentages less than this value appear on the CSO in blue.

5. In the Caregiver Utilization Maximum field, enter the percentage above which you define the caregiver utilization to be overutilized.

   Percentages greater than this value appear on the CSO in red.

6. Click Save.
