Organization Unit Indicators
The results of a Requests to Work search can be expanded to include schedules where employees do not have position permission to the available schedules but do have a matching job class or matching licenses.
Indicator settings at the Organization Unit level determine whether or not the Requests to Work search results are expanded to include profiles where the searching employee has the required job class and/or required licenses to work for schedule openings in this organization unit.
- Organization Unit Indicator SS Solution Standard 5 determines whether or not employees can qualify for available schedules in this organization unit based on licenses linked to the profile of the schedule. If this indicator is set to Y and the employee has active licenses which meet position and/or profile license requirements, the schedule opening is listed.
- Organization Unit Indicator SS Solution Standard 6 determines whether or not employees can qualify for available schedules in this organization unit based on a job class linked to the profile in the schedule. If the employee has a matching job class in an active Labor Distribution record, the schedule opening is listed.
